The Coaching Process

We begin the process by defining core values, transferable skills, interests, and life priorities. We combine these with the results of several assessments such as the Myers-Briggs, the Enneagram, and Strengths Finder. After much reflection, research, journaling, and personal practices, a vision starts to emerge and is often captured in a creative way such as a Vision Board.

A Vision Board will display what is most important and meaningful for you in the next 2-3 years. It may include pictures, words, symbols, quotes, and personal photos. This is about YOU, and it will guide and move you towards your unique calling!

Fee for Coaching

We would first schedule a brief phone call to determine your goals.
The standard fee is for 3 one-hour sessions = $350.
